Viviane Kettermann Fernandes

Material Science Engineer

Viviane Kettermann Fernandes is a materials engineer with experience in laser materials processing, the HIP process and heat treatment. She is currently completing her PhD in the field of additive manufacturing in combination with HIP processes. Her expertise is in the field of material property analysis and research and development.

Daniel Guizard

Managing Director

Daniel Guizard has more than 10 years of experience, in leading positions, in the field of technologically demanding capital products. It includes 3D printing, surface technology, HIP and many years of experience in the design of CFRP components for the mechanical engineering, automotive and aerospace industries.  

Marius Weber

Plant Manager

Marius Weber has an engineering degree in materials science and several years of industrial experience in surface treatment, heat treatment, powder metallurgy and hot isostatic pressing. Marius brings a wide range and depth of knowledge to the team, including research and development, equipment engineering, production and quality know-how.

Hans-Werner Bieler

Hans-Werner Bieler was Head of Siegen branch of Deutsche Bank AG for a large portion of his career. After leaving Deutsche Bank AG, he was Global Head of Treasury at Mubea Group – a position he held for 5 years.
