Aerospace
Our processes are certified to EN 9100:2018 to meet the requirements of the aerospace industry. From goods receipt to dispatch, we place great emphasis on providing excellent service whilst adhering to high quality standards.
Motorsport
To meet the demands of motorsport, we have optimised all our processes to ensure fast turnaround times. This includes engineering and redesign, 3D metal printing, HIP (hot isostatic pressing) and subsequent machining.
Mechanical Engineering
In general mechanical engineering, PM/HIP enables the cost-effective production of near-net-shape components with reduced machining. Typical applications include pressure-bearing housings, functional components and PM blanks with a defined microstructure.
Medical Technology
In order to meet the specific requirements of the medical technology sector, with a particular focus on implants, we conduct regular staff training sessions in addition to adhering to our general quality standards. The handling of goods, their traceability and the monitoring of our processes are all standard practice for us.
